Job @ Topshop and VintageWalls (13/10/12)

I just got all excited because I thought it was Friday the thirteenth but no Rachel it's Saturday you absolute cleft.
So like it's 16:13 and i thought I hadn't made a blogpost in ages and I started to feel guilty. Although all week I've been taking pictures for you but not actually getting round to writing anything because to be honest i don't write if I see writing as a chore. I write for you when I feel happy and when I feel like it.

SO WHAT'S NEW YH? Well Topshop called me yesterday and I freaked because I applied for a job there a while ago (something crazy like two weeks) and they rang me back yesterday! I must have sounded pretty shocked/pissed/annoyed when I answered because the woman asked me if I was ok...
But they said my position has been considered and I've been invited to a recruitment night on Wednesday which I was pretty scared about. But it's ok because my friend Chloe from Twitter will be there so hopefully it won't be too scary.
She also asked me to bring along an item which I think best sums up my personality, and I have no idea what to take. I was thinking a Bowie record or an edition of Vogue or something (I think the Vogue will be a bit too obvious.....). But I'm worrying about that too.

To all of you, if you haven't seen The Perks Of Being A Wall Flower; you absolutely have to!!! It is the most amazing film I have ever seen. I read the book almost a year ago and it, well, emotionally, changed my perspective on alot of things. So this movie was sort of a big deal to me and I had high expectations and well done Stephen Chbosky because you well and truly met them. I saw it the day it came out (I couldn't make the first showing so I settled for the second) I saw it last Sunday and last Wednesday too.

 Does this actually portray how excited he was or what

 So on Tuesday when my Dad failed to tell me he wasn't going to pick me up and my Mom didn't care very much I got angry and went on a walk and here are some of the photographs I took (the brighter ones were taken the day after when i was on a walk around with my friend Matthew)

Rural Carlisle is horrible but the sky was beautiful. And Strawberry Fields is one of my favourite vintage

stores I own alot of clothing from there (hey, vintage clothing haul some day? Yes? No? Maybe?)
My blog really needs to start gaining a little bit of substance I think, I'll work on it in the next week, I promise.xxxxxx

Wetsuit

Last night I went to a party it was good but it was way overpriced. No wait I lied, it wasn't good at all but it was still overpriced. I went shopping today as well and I got a cute skirt and cardigan from New Look.

So yeah this party wasn't so bad, I met some new people and everything was jolly.
